This site is operated by KINEO, an online store based in Chile. By visiting or buying on the site you accept these Terms of Service.

2. Products

We sell comfort insoles for footwear. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. KINEO insoles are a comfort product: they are not a medical device and do not replace diagnosis or treatment by a healthcare professional. If you have persistent pain, see a specialist.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes, except import charges your country's customs may apply. Your bank may apply an exchange rate or fee when paying in a currency other than your card's. We may change prices at any time, but we will honor the price confirmed in your order.

4. Orders

You'll receive a confirmation email when you complete your purchase. We may decline or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, lack of stock or suspected fraud; if you've already paid, we'll refund the full amount.
