Where we ship
KINEO ships to Chile, Latin America (Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil), the United States, Canada, Europe and other countries shown as available at checkout.
Shipping cost
- Chile, Latin America and the United States: free shipping.
- Canada and Europe: US$1.
- Other available countries: the cost is shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Delivery times
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery time is 6 to 9 business days after dispatch. Some destinations (for example Argentina or remote areas) may take a little longer.
These are estimates: they may vary during peak seasons, customs checks or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, write to us and we'll look into it with you.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number so you can see where it is.
Customs and taxes
In some countries outside Chile, customs may charge import taxes or fees when the package arrives. These charges are set by each country, are not included in the price and are paid by the buyer.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before paying. If you notice a mistake, write to us as soon as possible at by.kineo@gmail.com: if the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll correct it at no cost.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated time, contact us with your order number and we'll help you with a reshipment or a refund.
