Which size should I choose?
Choose your shoe size (EU). They come in 35-36, 37-38, 39-40, 41-42, 43-44, 45-46, 47-48 and 49-50. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one and trim it along the guide lines.
Do they fit any shoe?
Yes: sneakers, work shoes and boots. Ideally, remove the insole that came with your shoe and put the KINEO in its place. If your shoe is very snug, trim it a little at the toe.
Will they help if I have heel pain or plantar fasciitis?
They're designed to spread pressure and cushion impact, which is what you appreciate most when your heel hurts. Many people feel more comfortable from day one. Still, they don't replace treatment: if the pain is strong or persistent, see a specialist.
How long does shipping take?

Can I wash them?
Yes, by hand with lukewarm water and a little soap. Let them air-dry in the shade, no dryer or direct sun.
